Dyson Corporate Security has the pleasure to announce it is again the Tasmanian State winner for the Guard and Patrol Services category of the Australian Achiever Awards.

The Awards encourage, recognise and promote quality customer service. This is an independent, objective appraisal system which draws results from assessment ratings by a businesses' own customers.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

Dyson Corporate Security has achieved a score of 93.01%
